Our Commitment to Regulatory Compliance

Finovatives operates in alignment with the regulatory framework laid down by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), applicable to digital platforms serving Indian retail traders and investors.

Nature of Our Service

The Trend Traders Tool is an educational technical analysis indicator, integrated with the TradingView platform. We provide:

  • Visual buy/sell signals based on price-action patterns
  • Educational content on technical analysis, risk management, and Indian markets
  • Trading tools and indicators for self-directed traders

We do NOT:

  • Provide personalised investment advice
  • Manage or trade on behalf of clients
  • Guarantee profits or specific returns
  • Operate as a portfolio manager or fund

SEBI Investment Advisor Status

Personalised investment advice in India can only be given by a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA). The Trend Traders Tool is a software product, not an advisory service. If you require personalised advice, please consult a SEBI-registered RIA.

SEBI Research Analyst Status

Some of our educational blog content discusses market trends, sector outlooks, and trading concepts. This content is generic, educational, and not stock-specific recommendations. Specific stock recommendations under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations 2014 are only made by SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

Your KYC & Data

For clients who use our investment portal (separate from the Trend Traders Tool), we collect KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof) as per SEBI guidelines. This data is stored securely, never sold, and used only for compliance with Indian financial regulations.

Grievance Redressal

If you have any grievance about our Service:

  1. Step 1 — Email support@finovatives.com with subject “Grievance”. We will respond within 48 hours.
  2. Step 2 — If unresolved within 7 working days, escalate to grievance@finovatives.com.
  3. Step 3 — Unresolved investor grievances can be filed at the SEBI SCORES portal.
  4. Step 4 — You may also approach the SmartODR portal for online dispute resolution.

Reporting Fraud

If anyone claims to represent Finovatives and asks for trading capital, account passwords, or guarantees fixed returns — this is fraud. Report it immediately to support@finovatives.com and SEBI SCORES.

Anti-Money Laundering (PMLA)

We comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) 2002 for all client onboarding (portal users). Suspicious transactions are reported to FIU-IND as required.
