Services Description
Finovatives provides a TradingView-based indicator tool (“Trend Traders Tool”) that generates technical analysis signals for educational and informational purposes across NSE, BSE, MCX, Cryptocurrency, and Forex markets.

Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- One subscription per user; sharing access is prohibited
Subscription and Payment
- Plans available: Monthly (₹555), Yearly (₹4,999), and Lifetime (₹8,999)
- Payments processed securely through Razorpay
- All prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, indicator code, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Finovatives. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.
Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Finovatives shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of our signals or tools. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
