Withdrawal Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before submitting a withdrawal request.
1 General Withdrawal Policy
- All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval by Finovatives.
- Clients must have a minimum balance to be eligible for withdrawal.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 10,000.
- All withdrawal requests are final once submitted and cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before requesting any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from clients with incomplete KYC will be rejected.
2 Withdrawal Modes
a) Bank Transfer
- Bank withdrawals may take up to 20-28 business days from the date of application.
- The amount will be credited to the bank account registered in the client's profile.
- Client is responsible for providing correct and up-to-date bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name).
- Finovatives is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect bank details provided by the client.
b) Cash Withdrawal
- Cash withdrawals may take up to 2-3 months to settle the amount.
- Cash withdrawal is subject to availability and may require a prior appointment.
- Client will be notified when the cash is ready for collection.
3 Service Charges & Deductions
- A 5%+ Service Charge will be applied on every withdrawal amount.
- Service charges are deducted automatically at the time of withdrawal.
- As of now (2026), no Government tax is charged on withdrawal amounts. However, in the future, Government taxes will/may be applied as per the government rules and regulations.
- Service charges and taxes will be deducted before the final amount is disbursed to the client.
- Finovatives reserves the right to modify the service charge structure with prior notice.
4 KYC & Withdrawal Eligibility
- KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.
- Client account must be active and in good standing.
- Withdrawal requests from suspended, flagged, or KYC-incomplete accounts will be rejected.
- Finovatives reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.
5 Account Holder Only
- Withdrawals can only be made to the bank account registered under the client's own name.
- Third-party transfers or withdrawals to another person's account are strictly not allowed.
- The account holder name in the bank details must match the client's registered name on the portal.
- Any mismatch in account holder details may result in rejection or delay of the withdrawal request.
6 Fraud Liability
- The client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username, password, OTP).
- Any withdrawal request made using the client's credentials will be considered as authorized by the client.
- Finovatives is not liable for any unauthorized withdrawals resulting from the client sharing or compromising their login credentials.
- Clients must immediately notify Finovatives if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.
- Any fraudulent activity detected may lead to permanent suspension of the client's account and legal action.
7 Cool-off Period & Withdrawal Frequency
- New investments have a lock-in (cool-off) period of 6 months. Withdrawal requests cannot be made for any investment within the first 6 months from the date of investment.
- Clients are allowed to submit only 1 withdrawal request per 6 months.
- Any additional withdrawal request within the 6-month period will be automatically rejected.
- The cool-off period ensures stability and allows the investment to generate expected returns.
8 Verification & Processing
- All withdrawal requests go through a verification process before approval.
- Finovatives may contact the client for additional verification if required.
- Clients will receive a notification once the withdrawal is approved and processed.
9 Refund & Cancellation
- Once a withdrawal is marked as "Processing", it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of a failed bank transfer, the amount will be re-credited to the client's portal account within 7-10 business days.
10 Modification of Terms
- Finovatives reserves the right to modify these withdrawal terms and conditions with prior notice.
- Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- By participating in this program, partners agree to these terms.
